WHAT IS THE
REDISTRIBUTION?
The
redistribution of civil servants is a way of occupying a public function
realized from the reserve body of civil servants, at the request of the heads
of public authorities or institutions.
The redistribution is made on a vacant or temporarily vacant public function,
based on the information / proposals transmitted by the National Agency of
Civil Servants.
IN WHAT
CONDITIONS IS THE REDISTRIBUTON REALIZED?

the civil service shall be:
· Of the
same level, respecting the category, class and professional grade of the civil
servant
· Lower
level civil service, with the written agreement of the civil servant

the studies conditions, seniority and the specific conditions required are met
HOW IS THE REDISTRIBUTION CARRIED OUT?
- a professional test may be organized by the
public authority or institution in which the vacant or temporarily vacant
public function is
- the redistribution procedure, as well as the way
of carrying out the professional testing for the redistribution are established
by order of the president of the National Agency of Civil Servants, which is
published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I.
- the redistribution of civil servants from the
reserve body is arranged by order of the president of the National Agency of
Civil Servants, at the proposal of the heads of public authorities or
institutions, for the civil servant declared admitted after conducting
professional testing
- the redistribution in a public position from the
category of senior civil servants is made by decision of the prime minister,
according to the appointment competence, at the proposal of the leaders of the
public authorities or institutions within which the public position is vacant
or temporarily vacant
