The National Agency of Civil Servants (NACS) is organizing, between January and March 2026, a series of regional meetings dedicated to public institutions and authorities. The objective is to promote progress achieved in the civil service reform, through the implementation of Milestone 416 – Pilot Competition and Organization of the National Recruitment Competition for Civil Servants, part of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP).
The National Institute of Administration (INA) and the National Agency of Civil Servants (NACS) launched on 26 November 2025 the project “Competency-Based Personnel Management in Public Administration in Romania” (25RO58).
The National Agency of Civil Servants (NACS) has launched the fourth round of the National Competition this year, organized under Milestone 417 – Annual completion of at least two national recruitment competitions for civil servants across at least three categories/grades of civil service positions.
