Project presentation

Beneficiary: National Agency of Civil Servants (NACS).
Source of financing: The project is co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) through the Technical Assistance Program (PAT) 2021-2027.
Implementation period: 24 months, respectively from 01.10.2024 to 30.09.2026.
Total value of the project: 6,500,000.00 lei, of which the eligible non-reimbursable value from ESF+ is 3,422,035.03, and the value of the beneficiary's eligible co-financing is 3,077,946.97 lei.

The project aims to:

• Continuous development of the skills of the personnel of the beneficiaries of the programs - PS, PCIDIF, PDD and PAT, in order to access and implement projects with European funding in conditions of efficiency, effectiveness, compliance and sustainability.

Project objectives:

• Specific objective 1 is represented by the development of the skills of the staff of the beneficiaries of the programs – PS, PCIDIF, PDD and PAT regarding the management of projects related to the 2021-2027 programming period.

• Specific objective 2 is represented by the development of the skills of the staff of the beneficiaries of the programs – PS, PCIDIF, PDD and PAT regarding the sustainable implementation and in a climate of ethics and integrity of projects with European funding

Main activities of the project:

Training sessions structured in 4 modules will be organized and carried out as follows:

Module 1 – Management of projects financed from structural instruments/funds is

addressed to a number of approximately 200 people from the staff of

the beneficiaries of PS, PCDIF, PDD and PAT, including for the staff of the PIUs established at

their level.

Module 2 Ethics, integrity and sustainability in project implementation is addressed to approximately 120 people from the staff of PS beneficiaries,

PCDIF, PDD and PAT, including for the staff of the UIP established at their level.

Module 3 – Leadership and communication in the implementation of funds is addressed to approximately 60 people from the staff of PS beneficiaries,

PCDIF, PDD and PAT, including for the staff of the UIP established at their level.

Module 4 - Project manager (COD COR 242101) is addressed to approximately 120 people from the staff of PS beneficiaries, PCDIF, PDD and PAT, including for the staff of the UIP established at their level.

The project is addressed to a target group of approximately 500 people, from the staff of the beneficiaries of the programs – Health Program (PS), Smart Growth, Digitalization and Financial Instruments Program (PCIDIF), Sustainable Development Program (PDD) and Technical Assistance Program (PAT), including the staff of the UIP established at their level.

The indirect beneficiaries of this project are the institutions of which the participants are part, the knowledge and skills acquired will be able to be used in the activity carried out by the participant within these institutions as a multiplication effect of the good practices acquired.

Project expected results:
• 1 training impact analysis carried out;
• 25 training sessions implemented;
• 4 training modules organized and carried out;
• 2 promotional events organized.
