Implementation Period: 24 months, from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2026
Estimated Total Project Value: 4,929,683.00 RON, of which 4,716,930.63 RON represents the non-reimbursable eligible funding from the ESF+

General Objective of the Project: To provide an optimized educational offer through social partnership, focused on the development of professional and transversal skills required by the labour market, thereby contributing to the improvement of the quality, inclusiveness, effectiveness, and relevance of education systems.

Specific Objectives of the Project:
SO1: Conduct information and publicity activities about the project by the partners.

SO2: Establish a collaborative network between the academic environment and employers by strengthening 6 existing partnerships and developing 6 additional partnerships, to facilitate students’ transition into the labour market and ensure the sustainability of measures for at least 12 months after the project’s completion.

SO3: Implement an integrated set of intensive workplace learning activities over a period of 20 months, involving 260 students from the fields of economic and administrative sciences.

SO4: Deliver an innovative entrepreneurship program tailored to students in the economic and administrative sciences fields, over 18 months, structured around three main components:
1.    Green Entrepreneurship
2.    Business Plan Competition
3.    Green Business Accelerator

At the end of each academic year, a business plan competition will be organized, offering cash prizes and specialized mentoring for the winners, complemented by study visits to relevant organizations in the green economy sector.
Target Group of the Project: 260 students from the Faculty of Administration and Business at the University of Bucharest, as well as students from other faculties specializing in economics and public administration at other universities, residing in the following regions: North-East, South-East, South Muntenia, South-West Oltenia, West, North-West, and Centre.
