Fraud/suspected fraud/corruption alerts will be sent via e-mail: fraude.pnrr@anfp.gov.ro

Any person involved in the implementation and monitoring of a NRRP-funded project or who has information on the implementation of NRRP-funded projects may send alerts on possible irregularities, accompanied by evidence of such irregularities, to the e-mail address: fraude.pnrr@anfp.gov.ro
Alerts on irregularities may be sent anonymously or under signature, in which case the identity of the sender will be kept confidential and the sender will have no involvement in the process of investigating irregularities.
Cases of irregularities will be analyzed and investigated and the decision will be forwarded in accordance with the PNRR's internal procedures.
Alerts regarding possible irregularities will be forwarded containing the following information:
Personal Information:
-First/Last Name;
-Contact details;

Information about the irregularity:
-Project name;
-Name of the company benefiting from the project;
-Name/name of the person involved in the irregularity;
-Contact details;
-Description of the irregularity (including how it occurred);
-Documents supporting the possible irregularity;
-Date of alert.
(!) completion of all fields is mandatory for the alert to be taken into account.
